A contemporary two-storey home in Prishtina that combines private family life with a close connection to the landscape.

2L Villa is a distinctive residential project that redefines comfortable, high-quality living in Prishtina. Its rational, contemporary architecture is designed to provide maximum privacy without losing the close relationship between the house, the garden and the wider landscape.

Clean geometric volumes, natural materials and carefully integrated family recreation areas give the villa its character. Within an efficient 300 m² plan, the living spaces are organised on the ground floor and the sleeping areas above.

A ventilated facade of dark, richly textured stone gives the building a strong presence and excellent thermal insulation. Vertical timber elements add warmth, while integrated up-and-down lighting brings out the material textures in the evening.

Large floor-to-ceiling sliding windows make natural light part of everyday life and create an easy transition towards the terrace and family garden. Glass balconies keep the elevations visually clean and preserve open views. Our aim was to create an architecture where every detail speaks of quality, bringing together the strength of stone and the warmth of timber to form a comfortable family home.
