A contemporary hotel and restaurant with a strong urban presence, shaped by a clear facade rhythm and a monumental entrance.

Rest Hotel brings together contemporary architecture and the practical demands of a premium commercial space. Designed to offer a distinctive hospitality experience, the hotel and restaurant have a strong visual presence within the urban landscape.

A clean geometric rhythm defines the facade and is interrupted by the large portal at the main entrance. Warm copper-toned or Corten-steel panels contrast with the rest of the building and establish a clear focal point on arrival. Tall glazing opens the reception to view, while the regular guest-room windows give the elevation a calm, consistent order.

In the evening, integrated uplighting along the facade columns emphasises the building's volume and creates a more dynamic, welcoming expression. The revolving glass entrance helps maintain the thermal balance of the lobby while allowing visitors to move through it comfortably.

The internal organisation clearly separates the public reception and restaurant from the private guest rooms. Along the main road, linear planting softens the transition between the pavement and the building. Our intention was to create a landmark for modern hospitality, where every line and material choice gives guests a sense of welcome from the first step.
