A compact competition proposal designed for freedom, environmental responsibility and flexible living on almost any site.

Anywhere House, developed for the Tiny House Competition, responds to the modern need for freedom, environmental sustainability and spatial efficiency. Conceived as an intelligent structure of only 24 to 30 m², it can be positioned, oriented and adapted to almost any type of terrain, inside or outside an urban setting.

The proposal is not simply a small house, but a dynamic living system that values nature and minimises its environmental footprint. Its principles bring together rational organisation, flexibility and collaboration; an identifiable character that supports quality of life; and a resilient structure that can be moved and reorganised in many different combinations.

Despite its compact area, the interior is carefully organised through vertical use of space. The ground floor combines a sheltered terrace, living and working area, kitchen, shower room and concealed storage. The mezzanine is reserved for sleeping, preserving privacy while keeping the main level open. A rhythmic timber envelope acts as a thermal regulator, providing shade in summer and allowing low winter sunlight to support passive heating.

The house is designed as an autonomous system working in close balance with its environment. Roof-mounted photovoltaic panels collect and store energy, while a filtered rainwater system provides water for domestic use or returns it cleanly to nature. A ground-source heat pump maintains a comfortable temperature with minimal energy consumption.
